Northern Ynev

According the legends Ynev was two continent in the begining of the planning phase. Originally Ynev  was made for Ad&d campaigns, I think there were two longer. When the makers prepared the publishing the first M.A.G.U.S. rpg, the two setting merged into one huge project.

So south ynev is a renaissance mediterranean flavoured setting, north is a classic fantasy. The main fractions are Toron and its allies versus the Northern Alliance. Bleck Flags versus Red Flags.

Toron is  like the byzantine empir, they try to keep the ancient Kyr traditions, laws and order, but they became decadent during the ages. The toronian allies and wielder of the Black Flags are the following: Abassis (weak fragmented power), Eastern Barbarians (classic conanian folk), Gro-Ugon (greenskin empire), Enosuke islands (japan of ynev), City State of Alidax ( Ruled by Wiches), Ediomad (Aquires! :), demonlike monsters ), Rowon (more dark figures), Felloship of the Sword (dark knights of  the which goddes of Orwella)

In the other side there are the countries of the Northern Alliance. Two states are bordered with Toron: Tiadlan and Dwyll Union. Tiadlan is empire of oriental culture, but the paople are not asian, asian style people are in Niare, but they are neutral. In the Dwyll Union rules Ranil the God of Sun. They have brave Sun knights. Erigow is the central and leader of the Alliance. Similar classic human cultures are Eren and Haonwell. Ilanor is nomadic horsemen culture. Doran City the order of the mages and Tarin, the empire of the Dwarves.
Distance ally is Sirenar, the northern elves. 

The leaders of these countries wields the Red Banners.

Further neutral areas:

-Anuria, home of Dragon Raiders.

-Cursed Lands, the result of the war between Kyria and Orwella

-Tongoria, shaman traditions

-Northern City States, like the southern.

-Alidar, they trains curtisans for kings and other rulers

-Khare, City of tricky clocks, mechanics and gunpowder

-Riegoy City States, common fantasy towns.

 The most significant place in Ynev:

-Erion, City of Adventurers
